Got my mother-in-laws refusal letter today.
They have not give us any response since last yr April 2025.
Original requested date or renewal April 2026
Now we received that she’s declined.

How long is this timeline really when they say leave immediately?

Can I reapply even if it’s been a month of our original requested date?
She is set to go home on October and we have ticket for that already.

Their reasoning of refusal is because of lacking ties back home and they said that they are not confident she will come back home.
