So i bought the shuffle energy thing, after refreshing the app multiples times i didnt recieve the items.

Ive contacted the support team but its been 2 hours already and it seems like a very small issue idk? i sent the reciept asw and after them saying it willl be resolved, it's still not.

what do i do? how long would i have to wait?
