Made a cream cheese frosting for on top. I just modified the loopy whisk’s lemon crinkle cookie a little and it turned out great

It turned out so well, I got the recipe from the Loopywhisk cookbook. My partner is celiac so I’ve been trying to learn to make different desserts so we always have something sweet to snack on, this one turned out so fluffy you wouldn’t know it’s gf and vegan
