Found these in southern Wisconsin, USA. Def prob could have waited a few days to harvest but I believe these are golden oysters and wanted a confirmation!

Wanted to double check I have ramps here. They do have a strong onion smell. As an aside do false hellebore or Lilly of the valley ever have the reddish stem? Or is that stem color a good sign it is a ramp?
