8 Weeks to get Fuel Assistance payment
Can someone please advise why the WA Govt requires 8 weeks to approve a Fuel Assistance claim that is submitted by Post. That 8 weeks is 15% of the year, add in some Australia Post lethargy and bank transfer clearance time and it probably blows out to 16-17% of the year. Just glad it is not drinking water assistance
