Are the leather seats better than the cloth ones?

Basically the title, I’m considering swapping out my cloth seats for leather ones.

Painting the plastic trim

So I am the owner of an 09’ V50 with Kinetic trim. Which means that the front lip, the lower part of the rear bumper and the side skirts are just black plastic, higher trims like Momentum, Summum and R-Design have painted plastic, which I prefer.

Finding all the parts is a bit tricky, so my question is: Has anyone tried painting them? Is it possible or should I just try to gather all parts through scrapyard runs and online shopping?
