Is there a way to indicate that an RRSP has been already converted to a RIF at the start of a plan, example you are in retirement and under 71 and already converted the RRSP to RIF. In the pdf output MayRetire indicates it assumes conversion at 71.
In account balances it indicates all ‘Your’ and all ‘Spouse’ accounts separately except TFSA. It would be helpful to indicate TFSA accounts separately, same for non registered. Reasoning is for blended families.
Hi, I recently started using Adviice and have done the basic inputs. Retired 5 years (66 yrs old currently) and have RIF, LIF and TFSA, no non-registered account .
In projections, I had to override the RIF and LIF conversion to 65 so it would do a withdrawal this year. AI strategies still show options for converting RRSP, why?
After initial base scenario, I selected Maximize new TFSA contributions, however in the spreadsheet it shows no TFSA contribution this year and it also shows a non-registered contribution of $8520.00. Then in the next 2 years it drains the non- registered. Why is this happening and does it take an override to fix or is there another way?
