Lead Dr. Doesn’t like me

Manger told coworker that my boss (owner of the practice) doesn’t like me. I don’t really wanna go back to work anymore. Also crazy unprofessional. What do I do ??

I’ve been there a total of 4 almost 5 years and I rarely work with this doctor because there are several at the practice, but I just feel kinda uncomfortable now

I work Monday through Thursday. On Mondays and Wednesdays, I work 12 hours (including a one-hour lunch break). On Tuesday, I work 9 hours, and on Thursday, I work 8 hours with no lunch break.

I feel so burned out.

My hands and back ache, and by the end of the week I can barely hold the steering wheel on the way home. I’m just so miserable, but I feel stuck and like I can’t leave. I don’t know what to do. The work environment is very stress with constant pressure and high pressure.

How bad is my situation ? Am I overreacting ?

I earn $4,000 per month, with $2,075 going toward fixed expenses like rent and bills. I’m currently able to save about $850 each month, and I use the remaining amount for groceries, gas, and personal spending.

I have around $6,000 in savings, along with a $13,000 personal loan that requires monthly payments of $430 over the next three years.

I’m trying to decide whether I should focus on aggressively paying down the loan potentially using a large portion of my savings and extra income or continue building my savings while making the regular loan payments?
