Finding Emily's to collab for a video project!
Hello! I'm looking for collabs for a video project. Basically, I'm putting together a video made up of short clips from people called Emily supporting one Emily, my friend who lives in the UK and suffers from severe Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Craniocervical Instability (CCI). This basically means her neck is unable to support her head and she’s in constant, agonising pain. After exhausting options in the UK, she has no choice but to fundraise for life-changing treatment in the US.
To do so, she’s launching a campaign called 200,000 Strangers that focus on the power of human kindness and collective action. The idea is a lot of people donating small amounts. e.g £1/$1, that will add up to enough to get her the care she needs. However, not asking at all for money here, just people to record a clip!
The video is our way of launching it, raising awareness for people like Emily, and getting attention that will make our mission successful.
That’s why we’re looking for Emily’s! The clips will literally take thirty seconds and will just be a few lines from a script we provide.
