Does anyone notice a high-pitched annoying whine coming out of small left fan slit, especially in quiet mode (fans at about 40%)? Attached is a video of sound with and without my finger covering up the slit.

Dell guy came over, replaced the heatsink assembly, but sounds exactly the same.

Any solution to this? It is really annoying.
