CPT Thoughts

Why is the CPT such a pain in the ass? I find it hard to get into the groove and structure it right....but am usually OK when i slow down and really process what's going on. But when you get an area of law that's kind of iffy/unknown (like the feb 2020 - arbitration clauses for signatories...) it's HELL. Does anyone have any unique organization tips?

PR ABA VS. CRPC

Does anyone have any ways of remembering the differenced between the ABA and the CAL rules? When in doubt and can't remember which rule applies to CA/ABA, is there a theme/acronym or anything else that helps you remember? Like CA is more generous/harsh on..... usually....etc. If anyone has any charts outlining the differences i'd be grateful! Having trouble keeping it straight

Themis Videos

for those of you who did themis for the CA bar, how useful are the videos? They make up about 120 hours….but what if you’ve done a bar course recently - would it be ok the skip them and only return to them for the areas you feel shaky on?

TA work to letters for rec for future?

For those who TA’ed for professors in their last semester of law school, how did you go about asking for a letter of rec? Did you ask them to cater it to a specific job you had in mind or was it just a general one? How did you go about asking for it? Thanks!
