Hi All,

I've been having issues with my Flow X16 and after attempting multiple fixes I have given up and decided to repair it through the RMA process.

However, I've just had the shipping manifest and the commercial shipping invoice to ship the laptop from the UK to Czechia for repair says it'll cost €750. Just for shipping???

This cannot be normal, can it? I do not recall anywhere during the process that this would be the shipping cost. Can anyone confirm their shipping costs and let me know if I've miss understood something?
