Context:

I've submitted all the assignments on 27Mar, online through 'google form' which was provided by the RC website. During the time of admission, they said that it's possible for me to submit my assignment online even if I'm doing Distance learning. Now when I'm trying to contact my RC they don't even pick my call (They're ignoring my queries even when their lines are not busy) So I want to know if it's normal or not because I can't reach my RC due to some personal reasons & distance gap (almost 290km). If something similar happens to you then your guidance would be very helpful.
