I’ve been living in a condo for the past 5 years. The landlord is selling to a new buyer and wants me to vacate although I have an active lease for another 6 months. They’re offering 3 months rent as compensation but i only have a month to evacuate so I was considering asking for 5 months. What’s reasonable here?
