Pending adjudicative hold N-400, based on national security for aliens from banned countries.

Hello everyone,

I have my N400 application which remains on hold now 170+ days after my interview. I have passed both the English and civic tests during the IV.

I have contacted congress for help but they received an update from USCIS stating that the case is on pending adjudicative hold because of national security concerns based on the country I am from.

For context, I have a clean record in everything and I am a physician in training now.

My intention is to file 1447b and sue USCIS to force an outcome based on the 120 days rules. I will consult a lawyer this week for help, I filed all my previous immigration benefits on my own and help other family members and friends too who got their benefits approved all the times.

Has anyone filed 1447 b from a ban country recently or got approved just randomly? What are your thoughts about suing or just do watchful waiting? USCIS said they have to wait for the director to write a new paper to revoke the previous one, which means I could wait for years now with this administration.

Thanks to anyone who will share their thoughts.

Good afternoon everyone,

I am a PGY-1 and will be PGY-2 in July. I am very interested in doing fellowship in GI however I do not have any research. I am looking for a mentor or someone who is doing research so I can join.

Thank you!
