Im 24f For the past several days, I’ve been experiencing multiple neurological-type symptoms that come and go and sometimes shift location.

I have pressure in my face and head, intermittent headaches, and a pulling/tight sensation in my neck. I also get numbness and burning sensations in my neck, back, and sometimes my legs.

My right arm has numbness/tingling and a strange sensation like it is not receiving blood or feels cold/weird, but I still have movement and no clear weakness. I also sometimes feel tightness in my throat but I can still swallow normally.

Symptoms include spikes of pain at the back of my head, and they fluctuate in intensity. I am concerned about a possible nerve, neck, or neurological issue and would like an evaluation

Pressure on my face & head

Neck pulling

Arm numbness

Cold sensations

Mouth

Headache coming & going

Numbness in my legs Sometimes

Numbness & burning sensation in my back & neck

Spikes on the back of my head

Tight throat but can swallow

New weird feeling in my right arm like it cant receive blood & my jaw hurts now when i type it hurts

Its been 6 days with my symptoms moving around pls someone help me
