Hey! I’m currently military and looking into the possibility of recruiting duty around the St. Augustine/Jacksonville area.

I’ve heard recruiting can vary a lot depending on location and leadership, so I was hoping to hear from someone who’s actually familiar with that area.

What’s the workload/work-life balance realistically like there? Mostly wondering about late hours, weekends, and overall tempo.

Not looking for anything sugarcoated — just trying to get an honest idea before considering it. Appreciate any insight!
