Not sure what to do?

For some background, I only been actively working as a CNA for 8 months. It’s not a long time to obtain ;I feel , enough experience and I work nightshift. The facility I work at is TERRIBLE. (I only stay because I love my residents here and my co-workers) there is never any supplies, I mean we will go 3-4 days with only Large briefs in the building. We will run out of wipes and trash bags, snacks and sheets I mean the list goes on. Every night when I clock in I’m the only one on the unit that actually gives it my all and after just these few months I can feel the burn out.

I want to work in healthcare (at least I think) but working in healthcare has given me the upmost anxiety and sleep deprivation I’ve experienced 🥲. I just feel like I haven’t found my niche and I’d never forgive myself if I didn’t at least try to get another healthcare job after this one.

Does anyone have any jobs that would be a ; I guess alternative to CNA? Or something that is actually worth the pay and strain on my body and life? Or just some words of wisdom😅.
