i’m currently living in virginia and planning to move to brooklyn. mostly looking for short term rentals and cheap rooms. i currently don’t have a job but have about 10k saved up. my vantage score is 653 and my fico score is 710. i was wondering if it will be hard for me to find a place? i’m also wondering if i should definitely get a job lined up before or if it would be easier to find a job once im up there. currently looking for a job there but it seems kind of hard to get an employer in new york to take a chance on someone out of state. i may be able to get a guarantor as well. any feedback would be appreciated. thanks!
