Dear All, need your suggestion

I was on ICT visa on 2021 and I switched on skilled worker visa on March 2022

My child born in UK in Dec 2020, and she was in India with my parents from Dec 2021 to Feb 2023

Me and my wife came to UK within 1 month and we comply the 180 days rules

Our ILR due on March 2027

Therefore, here I have question that my child who was in India in 5 years slab from March 2022 to Jan 2023 , which is more than 180 days

1. Can my child exempt from 180 days rule and can apply the ILR with me ?
2. If not then , which visa I should apply for her ?
3. In April 2022, I called to immigration team and they said "180 days rule does not apply to child" and she can apply to you
4. Can someone has similar experience and have official document guideline ?
