We’re looking for 2 roommates for a spacious 3BHK flat in Surbhi Mangalam, Dhanori (Siddhartha Nagar).
📍 Location: Dhanori, Siddhartha Nagar
🚇 Around 8 km from Kalyani Nagar Metro
💰 Rent: ₹24K for the entire flat
- My room: ₹8,400 — Master bedroom with attached washroom (occupied by me)
- Other 2 rooms: ₹7,800 each — fixed rent
- Both available rooms are very spacious
- 1 common bathroom shared between the two rooms
- 1 balcony attached to the hall
🏠 About the Flat
- Unfurnished 3BHK
- Only 1 person per room — no additional occupancy
- Friends/guests are absolutely welcome, just looking for everyone to maintain a peaceful environment 🤝
- Gated community with no time restrictions
- Bike parking with security
- Terrace with walking area
- Gym available
✨ What we’ll set up together
Since the flat is unfurnished, we’ll mutually decide and set up basic amenities such as:
- Refrigerator
- Washing machine
- Water purifier
- Geysers
- Wi-Fi
- Maid service
- Other basic necessities
These expenses will be equally divided among all 3 of us, so please be a little flexible with the overall budget.
💡 Important: Electricity, maid charges, rental equipment, Wi-Fi, etc. will need to be paid even if you’re away or visiting your hometown, as these are shared household expenses.
🛒 Groceries: Can be kept completely private or shared, depending on everyone’s comfort.
