Heyyyaaa

So,i had this scary dream where i was trapped in a house which was about to explode.

I was running around trying to get my parents out of the house.

I remember yelling at my mother to leave but i don't remember exactly if she agreed to it. But then i moved on to my father and i tried to get him out of the place. And as soon as i held his hand and tried to drag him out of it,it all went white. Like the explosion happened. At the moment,i was thinking of my mother who was probably still inside.

For some reason,this dream came after another one where i saw some random people that i don't know were playing a game and as far as i can remember,it also involved something with explosion.

I woke up very scared and anxious. I couldn't breath for some time. I still feel it even after so many hours.

Idk why this happened but for some reason i can still feel it. I've had vivid dreams before but this is something else.
