Decided I need to go down the mussel wormhole after reading a review of the Island Creek tin.

First haul from Hinckley’s Fancy Meats. I haven’t tried any of these yet. And I’ve never even seen John Dory or carp in a tin. Long time lurker, first time poster. Where to start?
