Is episode 25 and 26 what happened in the short time of the instrumentality that happened in the end of the EoE movie? And could the 30th anniversery asuka short episode also be her version of the instrumentality? where she has choosen to work up to eventually get together with shinji in the real world instead of getting in servedon a silver platter in the instrumentality (atleast as far as I understood). Because for me it didnt make sense why she gently puts her hand on Shinji's face instead of slapping him (like she almost always does) at the end of EoE.

I just watched the 26 eps and EoE. And I got some questions.

So what really happened now at the end? Good end? Bad end? What happened after? Did humanity recover? Do we have any kind of information about what happened after the earth became 1 big pile of LcL?

And (in my opinion) most importantly. Do the next movies 1.0 2.0 etc connect to EoE? (I would love to get a answer on it without spoilers)
