how far could you possibly take your ffmi if you trained EVERY single muscle

this is pretty much a pure hypothetical because even though you could, you shouldnt. before i get anyone saying that.

but if you had already pretty much maxed out gains in the big muscles e.g. delts, lats, pecs.

how much more muscle mass could you hope to build by training every single little muscle e.g. finger muscles, masseter, sternalcleidomastoid

could you hit 300 lean natty by ffmimaxxing?!?1!1

I've been thinking about fractional sets recently and was wondering how good of a adductor are the upper pecs compared to how good of a flexor they are

Which is why I'm wondering what the fractional set would be upper pecs in a flat press, so it would be 1 set for the sternalcostal and 0.5 for clavicular? Or 0.25? Or 0.75?

How good is it at adduction compared to how good it is at flexion is essentially what I'm asking

I don't worry about fractional sets in my training just before people come in hating, it's just a thought
