I am currently working in a tech company but with very less package I have around 2 years of experience and am working on spring boot.

Should I leave this company and go for gate preparation and then do Mtech ,will it help me to get a higher package?or should I just try for job switch?

I am not sure I can crack the tier 1 colleges but maybe tier 2 I can crack didn't even start the preparation for gate 2027.Not interested in doing a PhD or research.

Is Mtech college still offer placement and good package and will it help in career for getting any promotion also.From which institution I should go for coaching for gate.Should i go for CS or ds and ai?

Any suggestions regarding this will be really helpful.🙏🙏🙏
