What is the actual purpose of this community if Moonton isn't responding to a single complaint?
Every day, the feed is flooded with the same legitimate issues: the matchmaking is at its worst in years, we’re getting matched with literal bots in 9 out of 10 games, and the "forced 50% win rate" is more obvious than ever. We provide screenshots, we provide evidence of bots with hidden histories and generic AI behavior, and yet... nothing.
Is this just a place for us to scream into the void while Moonton ignores us to focus on the next $500 skin? It’s 2026. We shouldn’t be dealing with a "competitive" MOBA where the solo queue experience is essentially playing against a rigged algorithm designed to make you lose after a win streak.
If the "Official Subreddit" doesn't actually bridge the gap between players and the devs, then what are we doing here? We keep complaining about the bot lobbies and the trash reporting system that never punishes anyone, but the game just keeps getting worse.
Are we just here to look at fanart and skin leaks while the core gameplay dies? Because right now, the silence from Moonton is deafening.
Matchmaking is broken, bots are everywhere, and Moonton is ignoring the community. If they won't fix the game or at least address the complaints, this sub is useless.
