Steam Generator Not Working - No Water
I have tried to hook up the steam shower generator twice now and I am having a problem where the water inlet solenoid is not opening. This means the unit gets no water. I've had a plumber try twice and they are stumped, as everything has been hooked up and the incoming water line has water.
On the power side, the manual is confusing however I have run a 60A breaker and a large 3 phase wire (only using two phases). The controller shows the unit is getting power and the thermostat in the shower is working, however the error is no water.
Another concern is the water pressure is likely higher than the unit recommends, but the plumber said normally when this happens you get water bypassing to drain but in our case there's no water entering the unit past the solenoid.
Has anyone else had this issue? There is no troubleshooting help except to make sure there's water in the supply line and no blockages.
I've sent it to vevor support but its been 4 days now without a response.
