I’ve been working almost a year now, and I feel like I’m not getting the support that I need to grow in my career. My tech lead who is supposed to review my PR barely looks at my pr and tells me to use ai to review my pr and barely answer me back when I have questions. Also all my other team members are not in US and they are hard to contact. Is this normal?

Whenever I get a question wrong in leetcode, I would give llm my wrong solution and ask it to guide me to build intuition and pattern recognition. I would also look at the answer and compare. I don’t think this method is working for me cause I’ve been redoing the same problems over a period of time, so I would forget the answer but I would still not get the solution.
