Homeless woman moved onto our sidewalk outside the alley, options for getting her out?
A homeless women with clear severe mental health issues (talking to herself all day and night) has set up a makeshift lot of trash (using all the trash from our alley?) at the end of our alley. All of our alley neighbors are uncomfortable and several 311 calls have already been made to no avail. Any tips?
