Large Black Dogs
Back in 2022 my boyfriend and I picked up Taco Bell and drove to a local park at night to eat in the car and hang out, we did this pretty often at the time due to our living situation. While we were eating a car pulled in and parked in a spot right in front of us, which was kind of strange because it was pretty late at night and the parking lot was huge and empty, so it seemed weird that someone would want to be that close to someone else. As the car sat there we both felt a mutual sense of unease and we could not look away from the car. All of a sudden about 5 large black dog/wolf looking figures ran out from the trees and began to circle this car. My boyfriend and I sat there in complete silence with our mouths open, both trying to make sense of what we were seeing and feeling disbelief. When they hit the light they looked like solid figures, but when they would run through an unlit portion around the car they looked like shadows. This went on for what felt like forever until they all ran away from the car and back into the trees, which also caused a nearby streetlight to flicker. Immediately after they were gone, the car reversed and left the parking lot. To this day neither my boyfriend or I understand what we saw, or why. I’ve seen some websites talk about these being a sign of death or a bad omen, I’ve also seen some talk about them being protectors, but every other story I’ve seen describes the creatures following or interacting directly with that person, I can’t find anything on watching them interact with someone else from a distance. If anyone has any insight on what we could’ve seen and why, that would be amazing, because years later this story I still on our minds. I’m not sure if anyone needs any location context but we lived in southeastern Wisconsin at the time.
