I build a 50€ Budget Cedh deck for a 50€ tournament with the Emperor of Palamencia as the Commander. The goal is to use the commander as ramp engine early to play 4 mana spells that fill the graveyard and flip him in my turn with a dmg double spell or a Traumatize like effect.

Do you have some recommendations to improve my list?
