Needing to consider moving as a single woman somewhere in the metro Phoenix area. Relatively new to the Valley (moved for partners job) and unsure of suitable neighborhoods for a single woman. I like Gilbert/Chandler but not sure if there’s any areas to steer clear of. Looking for a house or townhome that could accommodate an RV/trailer. Any leads to help kick off my research would be super helpful.

Edit: I’m working remote so I’m really open to anywhere right now, and working under a 2k budget for ideally 2bd but flexible knowing the market. Thinking more on safety/security as a high priority.
