How do you stick with a deficit!?

I am 5’2” 133lbs. I have had multiple babies & lost the baby weight and got down to 124 a few years ago. Afterwards I decided to focus on building muscle & I have built quite a bit. I would love to lose ~10lbs to increase muscle definition but I am STRUGGLING. I last summer I dropped from 140 to 132 which is right about where I stay. I did drop down to 127 for a short period of time but then made my way back up into the 130s (unintentionally). I’d like to sit around 120-125 but I find it so hard to eat in a deficit these days. I know I need to just be consistent but how do yall stay on track!?
