Advancement/frocking eval
Hello!
I’m so confused. I’m trying to get frocked to E4. It’s been a long time coming, and the only thing standing in my way was that I needed to complete my “A” school. I got that out of the way, and I’d really like to advance to 3rd. I have plenty of TIS, this is my second enlistment. I wrote my frocking eval and I have no idea who to send it to. I spoke to a chief at my UIC and they said to send it to my TRUIC command because they handle admin things, but my TRUIC command said to send it to my UIC because they’re the ones that write my evaluations.
I feel like a burden every time I try to talk to people at my TRUIC and UMUIC, but I really need to put this rank on so I can get the backpay from all the drills and active time I’ve been on since I joined the reserves. I also really want to apply for orders that require E4. I’m immediately eligible for the second class exam (again due to my TIS) and I need to submit a waiver so I can take the next exam. I again have no idea who I need to talk to for that.
