LVEDP 18-20, Diastolic impaired relaxation,
70M. Angiogram Pre PCI's showed LVEDP 18-20. Diastolic impaired relaxation (Echo), RWT 0.44, NT-pro BNP 260, EF 60%. Breathless with exertion or in cold weather and when lying flat. Intermittent Pitting Edema. Does Angiogram & Echo findings meet criteria for HFpEF.?
