Leaving the US

Recently my girlfriend and I had a daughter (3 months old) and decided that the political, economic, and regulatory state of the USA is not the best for our family and would like her to have a better life growing up. We began researching other countries and shes pretty intent on Albania, even as a temporary move before going to a more permanent country or settling there if we like it. Personally I’m a very modern person, I love my video games, AC, and cold weather in general. I’m a skilled welder by trade with much experience in specialist work since I often have to do chemical lines, high pressure tanks, and food grade industrial piping. I make enough to make our payments and allow my girlfriend to be a stay at home mom while being able to go on small dates and outings somewhat often. I’d like to ask the people of this forum if they believe it’d be a good fit even just temporarily as well as what their social programs look like as far as school, insurance, library’s and public parks/event spots and if we could get by doing the work I have experience with.

Edit: This post was more to see if I should even bother researching moving to Albania instead of saying I’m doing it anytime soon to get a feel for what it’s actually like instead of listening to some online influencer that sells drop shipping courses. I appreciate those that gave good faith opinions without hate. I’d also like to apologize to those that were upset by me implying it to be a stepping stone country, it does look like a very beautiful and rich place I’d love to visit at some point.
