Thermometer says I'm 41 degrees, but I feel fine

So one of my siblings accidentally touched my arm and said I felt very hot, And she checked my forehead and said I was extremely hot as well, so I decided to check my temperature and holy shit, it's 41 Celsius. But I feel fine and I don't feel any dizziness or pain. I've had multiple fevers before, this feels nothing like that. I'm kind of scared, is this normal? My parents are currently in another country and I'm home alone with my siblings, my older sister, she's 18, so I do have an adult with me. I'm 16, female. I weigh around 45 kilograms and I'm 164 centimeters. I do not know how this could have happened. The only thing that could maybe have triggered a fever is I had some burgers last night, which gave me a stomach ache. And I had some diarrhea, which turned out fine after I went to the bathroom, but it's just concerning. I feel fine, but my, but my body is hot. I'm a little scared. What do I do is this normal
