CPA WSB Tax Module

I want to keep this short and sweet. I've completed 3 of the modules, which I know means I'm not completely inept, but I'm going through tax and I'm not seeing a light at the end of the tunnel here.
I work at a mid-size firm, and I've honestly had quiet a bit of exposure to personal and corporate tax and I rather enjoy preparing the returns. But you know what I enjoy most? I don't have to manually calculate anything. When working on the IPs and PCs I feel completely useless. How on earth are you supposed to remember limit for every credit, or how to calculate anything when it's the lesser of three extremely convoluted formulas?
To those that passed the tax module, what did you do to get through it? Is the exam more managable than it seems? Or is this going to be the worst?
