How do you track your investments month to month? Genuinely curious about everyone's workflow

Been investing for a few years now across a pretty spread-out mix:

  • Crypto on TrustWallet
  • NYSE stocks
  • MP2
  • Two rental properties
  • Time deposit in digital bank
  • Personal lending arrangement

Right now I use Google Sheets with formulas that pull live prices for my crypto and NYSE positions, which works okay for current values. Every month I duplicate the sheet to preserve a snapshot so I have a running history of monthly values/prices.

My current issue is visualizing how my portfolio is performing month over month, or seeing my total net worth trend in one clean view. The data is there but making sense of it takes more effort than it should.

Curious what other people's actual process looks like. Specifically:

  • How many different places do you check just to get a sense of your total portfolio and net worth?
  • For illiquid stuff like MP2, real estate equity, or personal loans, how do you factor those into your net worth picture?
  • Do you track performance (% return, cost basis, monthly gain/loss) or mostly just watch the balance?
  • If you use a spreadsheet, how do you handle the visualization side like charts, pivot tables, a separate dashboard tab?

I'm not looking for investment advice, just genuinely curious how people handle the tracking side of a mixed portfolio. If you're comfortable sharing a screenshot of your tracker setup, I'd love to see it.
