Is there ANYWHERE to buy cards at msrp anymore?
I’m just getting back into collecting, and I mean COLLECTING, since the good ole S&M era😢I have looked everywhere for cards, local Targets, Walmarts, Fred Meyers (which is the PNW equivalent to Kroger), GameStops, local card shops, Facebook marketplace, those weird poke vending machine things. Literally everywhere you could imagine, and there’s either no cards at all, or there is cards and they want you to pay your future child’s college tuition for them. As someone who has collected Pokemon essentially my whole life, this is heartbreaking! I don’t care for monetary value of my cards, I care for the sentiment and nostalgia. My daughter loves Pokemon now too, and I can’t even share my love of Pokemon with her because what I love and have always loved about Pokemon is virtually non existent anymore. Like what gives?! Where can I find cards that aren’t gonna cost first and last months rent?!
