should i apply to silvassa with last year’s OBC certificate
My obc certificate for FY2026 is under process can i apply with last year’s? they havent mentioned anything specific regarding the updated documents for certificates produced after 1.04.2026. what should i do? the application fee is 4k i dk if i should take the risk
