For context I asked to receive travel benefits as im currently going to college I was granted them then the following day I was sent a letter stating my file was on hold due to me not stating my income
. Honestly it doesn’t make sense to me because I was supposed to have a APR meeting later during the week that I did miss but spoke with my caseworker who did not mention my account being on hold it just feels like a dik move on there part and now my file is on hold I’m not able to go to school on Monday which is my review day for my test in wensday…… will I be able to solve this before then?
