Optimize My learning
i'm 17 trying to learn Japanese as much as i can so i can study abroad at temple university japan for college. i don't have extra money to spend so i've been using some free video courses on Youtube and anki to help, so far all i've really done is written down all hiragana and katakana and learned a few words, my original plan was to learn some simple stuff and take a course when i get to tuj but i wanna stand out a bit and at least be able to speak on an average conversational level, granted it's only been 4 days but i don't feel like anything is being learned or memorized. is there anyway i can optimize or craft a course to effectively learn this language? i typically study it 2-3 hours a day, do i need to up the ante? what should i do?
