I am looking for advice to get a few black and whites… I shoot high school soccer and I struggle with black and whites. I use LR classic and photoshop. Couple of questions - any videos you all recommend for B&W conversions or any software / plug ins that offer presets as a good starting point for a BW edit ? Thanks all,
Hello - shoot my daughters HS soccer for the team. I use a d5 and a 200-400 f4 (also have the 200-500 f5.6). I am considering buying either the 300mm 2.8 (with the 1.4TC that I own already) or going with the 400mm 2.8 G lens. I am considering selling my 200-400 f4 to help bring the cost down. Would like to hear thoughts and/or experiences from anyone who has made the jump from zoom to primes and if they have any regrets, pros/cons. I also will have the 70-200 2.8 on a separate body with me. Thanks
Hello - have the horse still mats in. Decided not to cut them and the fit is pretty nice (good enough for me). Question - I bought floorbond flooring tape from Menards to adhere the turf to the horse stall mats (will do this on the entire 10x12’ space) and then I will just lay my hitting mats on top (as suggested by another user - thanks!). Do I need to put anything under the horse stall mats or are they good laying directly on concrete - they are so heave I assumed they would not slide but want to check first. Thanks all !
Hello - I bought this pc in the spring for editing photos. I am not kicking myself as this doesn’t seem to have the graphics card min requirements. Can I still run gs pro with this laptop (read something about a 1080p option)?
head is spinning - garage space (16’ x 13’ with ceiling of 9’4’’). Doing a temu enclosure with the gray temu impact screen (8’x10’ wide and 5’ deep). Need to settle on the LM. Assume I need a camera based launch monitor (as I don’t believe I have the depth for the mlm2 pro so I am willing to spend more to get what I need - willing to spend up to 3000 for the LM). I am trying to figure out pros cons of skytrak +, Bushnell launch pro circle B, uneekor eye mini, golf joy spica 3… can’t afford the gc3. Maybe I am forgetting something. I would prefer not to drop money annually on numerous subscriptions but 200-300 is okay I guess. I read gs pro is great (have a pc) but I could also see using the fsxplay as I am not picky (so long as it doesn’t crash constantly)… I want something simple that works and willing to pay a little more for it. Please help!
