What the AI layer has to do.

…\CLIENTS\<ClientName>\…, the client's OneNote notebook, RingCentral (call logs / texts) and your Outlook mailbox (mailbox-wide, not pre-filtered). (I try to store everything in windows file explorer, but sometimes one can overlook emails (especially), texts, and faxes. Have AI move all data to client windows file folder or move to the right client's OneNote (we can work on organizing later). For now , I just want a one-spot landing place for all of Bob Smith's data .
2. Write structured intake data into OneNote — auto-populate a standardized page per client (Parties / Insurance / Medical Providers, per your screenshot) by extracting those facts from the unstructured inputs above.
3. Route email into the right client's OneNote — for every incoming Outlook message, classify which client it belongs to, auto-create an "Emails" page in that client's notebook if missing, and append the message there. If the email has an attachment, drag and drop/insert attachment next to the email. Classification has to be AI-based because the client name is frequently not in the subject line — it can be buried in the body, inside a PDF attachment, or only inferable from sender and case context or from a claim# or reference#.
