Why did I get IELTS Speaking 5.0 but TOEFL Speaking 4.5？

I’m originally weak at speaking, but I felt a bit suspicious because I got 8.5 in IELTS Reading about a month ago, while my IELTS Speaking was only 5.0.
Recently, I took the TOEFL and got 4.5 in Speaking, so now I’m even more confused.
Is it because TOEFL Speaking is easier, or could it be that I just had a strict examiner in IELTS?

toefl scores delayed

My TOEFL Home Edition score is currently delayed. I think I completed the test, but after finishing, I forgot to inform the proctor and may have forgotten to show that I erased my whiteboard. Has anyone experienced something similar? Did you still receive your scores?
