Hi yall

i bought this hydrangea about 2 weeks ago and immediately repot in a 30x40 plastic pot with acid PH soil and put it a place with 4-5 hour of sun.

Then i went away for 1 week, when i went back some of the flower have withered, so i change the location in a much airy place and then fungal spot appeared on and under the leaf.

I know it rained a lot the week i was away, can it be root rot? And if is so, what can i do to solve the problem?
