1st photo is 18, 2nd and 3rd are 22 and 4th is 8 months after the 3rd photo.

I definitely feel glowed up, confidence boosted, being way more social now then I was back then, having a solid group of friends has helped as well, I didn’t have that back then, as well as gaining muscle, getting a haircut figuring out how to take care of my hair has been a massive help

I never perceived myself as attractive or manly and it still affects my self image today, sometimes i genuinely look in the mirror and go oh yeah I look like that now
