My friend made the unfortunate mistake of buying BF1 through steam, and now I'm trying to invite him through my EA account to a BF1 party. He has friended me on the auto created EA account and its linked properly, but yet neither one of us can get invites to a game.

Does anyone know how to invite friends? Keep in mind, platoons is not working for us either.

Other then when they came out. I never see myself using the rangers over mountaineers. Even when I play Japan or US, if I want Jungle Infantry I just use Jungle Marines.

I don't really understand the use of Rangers. Is there a country that uses them really well that justifies using them over Mountaineers?
